Questionnaire Maker 1.0.4

1) Input the question you wish to include in the questionnaire along with its corresponding answers. Next, press the "Start Questionnaire" button.

2) Upon pressing the button, you will be directed to the answer screen. Select the radio button beside your preferred answer choice, then press the "Answer" button located at the bottom of the screen.

3) Proceed with step 2 until you have gathered adequate responses. Press "Tabulation" to view the results presented in a pie chart format. You can save the generated graph as an image in your device's album by tapping the appropriate button.

4) To continue an unfinished survey, select "Return". Keep in mind that returning to the main menu will reset any summary results obtained.

5) Access previous survey data by tapping "History" on the main menu screen. Up to 10 aggregated results are stored. Any data exceeding this limit will replace older entries.
